How quickly you age is up to you. You're responsible. Aging is inevitable but the rate is variable. You can speed it up or slow it down depending on your life style and what you know about the process of aging.
Aging is simply the sum total of the cellular damage that begins the day you are born. The longer you wait to address the aging process the more difficult it is to get it under control and possibly reverse the effects. You just have to know the rules and employ the right stategies.
